John Boye Life Care Foundation is a subsidiary of Christ
Ministries Pentecostal Church. And is a foundation solely committed to the
caring of Life – human being. God has enabled us to define the specific area
of needs amongst people both in rural and urban setting. We have prayerfully
considered to serve mankind in such areas, and these are mentioned in our
mission statement.
The operation covers both Nigeria and Ghana thus the Headquarters is in Oyo
State of Nigeria (Plot ED 23, Christ Ministries H/Quarters, Besides St.
Christopher Catholic Church, Church Street, Sango / Poly Road, Ibadan, Oyo
State – Nigeria).

was founded on September 2005 and incorporated on the eleventh day of July, 2006.
AREAS OF FOCUS
John Boye Life Care Foundation is established by the Christ Ministries
Pentecostal Church to complement the efforts of the Church in the
development of sustainable processes of development towards the reduction of
poverty as well as providing better living conditions for the less fortunate
in society.
Established with the objects of promoting and undertaking economic and
social development projects, and to promote and undertake rural
developments, the JBLCF has a wide area of activities of pursuit to tackle
the problems of poverty, Illiteracy, ill health and to offer health
education and health support to the less privileges with relief assistance,
rehabilitation, settlement and cares of rural and urban destitute. This
association does not discriminate between people of different religions,
creed, caste, tribe, geographical location or by any other means.
JBLCF operates in a much independent way so as to enable it carry out its
obligations without much constraints. Independence will imply financial
freedom and ability to plan into the future. The ability to generate its own
resources for investments is the hub around which the whole operations of
the JBLCF revolves.
1. To provide the means to an effective poverty reduction and activation
through positive impact on beneficiaries.
2. To ensure a high level of civic education amongst the less fortunate
particularly on matters concerning their rights and freedoms.
3. To ensure that the rights of the child are respected, and to prevent
child labour and trafficking of children into slavery.
4. To guard against issues of human rights abuses due to lack of legal
representation.
5. To remove the fear of victimization by authority.
6. To help destitute persons such as widows, orphans, school drop-outs and
other educational disadvantaged young persons.
To promote women’s human rights as well as the political, social-economic
empowerment of women. Improving women’s working conditions to public
education and awareness of new gender laws and peace.
These goals have not been possible to achieve on silver platter,
particularly, concerning poverty reduction, which are the underlying issue
of all other problems that John Boye Life Care Foundation is attempting to
solve, but will provide the platform for further planning into the future
beyond the initial three years of start-up.
This report will serve as a typical operational plan to provide staff of
JBLCF the instruments, materials and guidelines necessary for the efficient
management and administration of the organization. Administrative procedures
are not set-forth in this documents, and will be formulated as to the
demands of the time.
JBLCF is committed to the development of mankind through assistance in
attaining basic levels of decent living conditions for all.
