REHABILITATION/SETTLEMENT
JBLCF are aware that there could be displacement due to war,
ecological disaster, environmental hazards, we (as need be) work
with local, national and international agencies for care and
protection of the displaced. Secondly those displayed due to
needs, poverty. Social economic problems. JBLCF promotes
sustainable human settlements development through policy
formulation, capacity building, knowledge creation. Adequate
shelter, human settlement programme supports which include slum
upgrading, rural and urban poverty reduction, sanitation using
poverty reduction programmes, and other domestic financial
resources aswell other support from government, agencies,
donation e.t.c.for support and shelter delivery.
